Groupe Maurice trusts EBC once again
EBC is proud to announce a new mandate from Groupe Maurice for the construction of a seniors’ residence in Lévis.
This new residence will be built at the corner of J.-B. Michaud and Métivier streets. This 52,500 sq. ft. at ground level building will be divided into 9 above ground floors and 1 underground parking; it will house 328 units including 304 rental apartments, 22 care units and 2 “signature” apartments.
As in many of their previous residences, users will enjoy multifunctional rooms, arts room, lounge, dining room, cinema, gym, swimming pool, sauna, place of worship, pharmacy, convenience store, hairdresser and much more.
This project will begin at the end of the summer vacation and end in the spring of 2019.
