EBC is pleased to announce a major construction contract for the first phase of the former Children’s hospital site redevelopment, located at the corner of Atwater Street and René-Lévesque Boulevard.
The developer Devimco and its partners are committed to creating a place that fits perfectly into the neighborhood while adding value for its citizens. The Square Children’s project will offer a residential mix including condominiums, rental apartments and social housing, spread over six towers with an innovative design.
The Square Children’s will not only revitalize the site of the former Hospital, but will also breathe new life to the entire neighborhood by providing access to new services and facilities designed for the citizens. Additionally, spaces are provided on the ground floor for local shops, to better serve the residents of the area.
The first phase of Square Children’s involves the construction of two residential towers totaling nearly 500 condos and rental units.
