The construction of the new CNESST office, at the corner of D’Estimauville Avenue and Boulevard Sainte-Anne, was officially launched on May 26, 2018 in the future Estimauville eco-neighborhood.
EBC is proud to have gotten the construction mandate for this project, which will be implemented in IDP mode (integrated design process) and will follow the BIM application guide.
The building, which will accommodate more than 1,800 people, will offer a variety of services, such as cafeteria, gym, daycare, and 634 parking spaces. The project, which is scheduled to be delivered in late 2020, will integrate wood and aluminum in an innovative way and aims to achieve LEED certification.
