- Design build of a new home-care centre with 132 beds on 4 floors.
- Building structure made of concrete (total volume of 4,500 m3) on invert and has a floor surface of 10,000 m ².
- Foundation on invert, following a study conducted by EBC: 2 months have been spared of schedule.
- Envelope of the building is conventional type with an outside coved in stones, bricks and fibrocement.
- LEED® Gold Project.
