Construction of a 6-storey energy-efficient building with a total area of 83,100 sq. ft. and an underground parking lot of 30 spaces. The building has many sustainable development elements providing energy savings of 50%, including a rainwater harvesting system, 41 geothermal wells, the use of CFC-free refrigerant that does not damage the ozone layer, eco-certified building materials and an HVAC system that supplies 30% more fresh air than ASHRAE applicable standards. The building also has a restaurant on the ground floor, a rooftop terrace on the 6th floor, as well as large windows and an eco-responsible landscaping.
- Foundations on piles and seismic reinforcements attached to the head of each pile.
- More than 3,100 m3 of concrete structure and steel structure for mechanical systems shed on the roof .
- Building enclosure consists of lightweight concrete prefabricated and also of brick and curtain wall glazing.
- The project is aiming for a LEED® Silver certification.
