Saint-Jérôme courthouse

The 86,111 sq. ft. St-Jérôme courthouse has 6 above-ground floors and a state-of-the-art security system, a concrete structure with a foundation on piles, centralized electromechanical systems with heat recovery, high-performance acoustics, and interior fittings focused on functionality, flexibility, adaptability to maximize user, visitor and employee well-being. The building includes a steel footbridge on two levels leading to the neighboring administrative building rental spaces that house administrative offices for the Ministry of Justice of Quebec (MJQ), the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DPCP) and the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI).
