EBC will do all preparatory work for the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport P3 parking leading to its eventual redevelopment.
Mandated by PSK Construction, the team will ready the space for future work on the current parking lot which will be partially demolished and remodeled.
The project comprises varied tasks including repairing concrete in many structural elements, relocating various electrical and mechanical services, constructing a bypass around the current parking lot for future works and installing structural steel elements to allow for the eventual demolition of the parking lot and erection of the new REM station.
Work ends in June 2020.
