EBC is pleased to have been selected by the City of Montréal to execute various redevelopment works to the Dickson Service Yard, located in the Mercier – Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough.
The project team will bring the Dickson Service Yard’s exterior up to standard by upgrading its sewer, water system, and lighting systems. Our team will also build several concrete enclosures covered by steel shelters for materials storage and various paved parking lots, sidewalks, and completely rebuild its landscaping.
The site will be operational from October to December 2021 (it will shutdown during the winter period), then restart in March 2022 to finish in December 2022.
