EBC is delighted to announce that it was awarded from the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) the Trois-Rivières retirement and alternative residence construction, to be built along the Saint-Maurice River on Fusey Street, in the Cap-de-la-Madeleine area.

This new type of housing has 96 units and focuses on enhancing residents’ quality of life. Intended for seniors and adults with specific needs, it services the Mauricie population and will include two pavilions spread over three floors, to be connected at the center. Residents and their families will have access to indoor and outdoor facilities better suited to their needs, in eight air-conditioned units with 12 individual rooms with adapted toilets and showers.

The project aims for a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Works began in mid-June 2022 and its first residents are expected to move in by 2024.

We want to thank the Société québécoise des infrastructures for awarding us this innovative project that will improve the quality of life of its residents, their relatives, and its staff.
