EBC is delighted to continue its partnership with the Heafey Group and build their sumptuous Everest North project, as construction manager. Erected in the heart of Ottawa, this new eight-storey residential tower is part of the Everest Heights complex.
With an area of 196,000 square feet spread over 8 floors, the new building includes 192 rental units offering comfort and tranquility to its occupants. Residents will also benefit from three levels of underground parking totalling 110,000 square feet.
The project was started in April 2022 and will run until April 2024.
