Laurier Quebec Redevelopment

EBC is carrying out the fast track project in construction management mode which consist in the complete reconstruction of 20 food concessions.

• Complete renovation including finished flooring, ceilings and walls, mobile and fixed furniture of the common area of the food court.
• Installation of two new escalators and dismantling two existing stairs.
• Construction of new public toilets and a family space (demolition of existing toilets).
• Complete overhaul of mechanical and electrical systems of the catering area and concessions basic systems including an upgrade of existing equipment that will remain in place.
• Construction of a new detachable event scene.
• Integration of multimedia equipment in several locations in the Food Court.
