Marie-Fitzbach Building – Renovations

Located on Parliament Hill in front of the Parc de l'Amérique-Française, this mixed-use building underwent a complete renovation in 2017 on the exterior cladding as well as on the patio doors and windows. EBC has renovated the building's envelope, including the refurbishment of exterior façades, the waterproofing of certain parts of the roof, the insulation and membrane of the exterior walls, the replacement of patio doors, windows and railing.
