EBC is pleased to announce a new phase of work at the Laurier Québec shopping center, owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge.
After refurbishing almost 80% of the shopping mall, EBC will this time proceed with an overhaul in the north sector of the building.
Started a few weeks ago, the work involves redeveloping the premises formerly occupied by Sears retailer and a physical transformation of the building’s facades overlooking Hochelaga Boulevard.
The 150,000-square-foot former two-storey building will be redesigned with room for food and entertainment, as well as new retailers, including the largest Sports Experts store in Québec.
The project is expected to be completed in August 2020.
