Les Jardins Rive-Gauche

• 2 concrete 7-storey housing complexes with 2 levels of underground parking.
• Each building has a garden terrace set up on the underground parking slab.
• Two elevators serve each of the complexes.
• Given the loose nature of the soils at depth, dynamic compaction work was carried out over the entire area of the building site.
• The structure of the building was entirely made of concrete. This required the placement of approximately 51 MT of reinforcing steel and 6,150 m³ of concrete.
• The exterior wall cladding is made of acrylic plaster and brick.
