Clinico-logistic platform – CHUQ-Université Laval

This project is part of the 2nd phase of the "New Hospital Complex" (NCH) project on the site of the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus - CHU de Québec-Université Laval. This clinico-logistics platform standardizes all processes linked to managing the flow of materials and people to guarantee efficiency of present and future clinical and logistics needs. EBC was required to provide construction management services for this 90,000 sq. ft. industrial building which includes pharmacies, food services, warehousing, reprography and supplies distribution services, to serve all five CHU de Québec buildings.

• The integrated design approach was used throughout the project’s development to support and promote synergy between all stakeholders using a LEAN approach.
• BIM Management and BIM 360Field in all phases
• The project is carried out in phases of work and supply, in fast-track mode, according to final plans and specifications and their respective progress.
