St-Jean-sur-Richelieu Long-term care center

EBC carried out construction works for this PPP project on a 66-bed, 3-storey residence for nonautonomous patients. The ground floor was designed to include administrative offices, a cafeteria, community rooms and a mechanical room. The building and facilities were designed for personalized medical and administrative follow-ups with its residents and their families. Its aim is to offer services in a respectful manner while considering the patient’s tastes, needs, interests and beliefs. The building includes the following features:

• A cafeteria with an industrial kitchen and a dining area.
• Office spaces for administrative and medical staff.
• Community and multifunctional rooms.
• State-of-the-art, energy efficient electromechanical systems.
• A fully glazed entrance hall which offers a pleasant and bright reception area.
• A delivery dock with service elevator, for care equipment and food services.
• An outdoor parking lot.
• Landscaping with areas reserved for recreational activities, sports and rest.
